Management is structured in such a way as to allow for the expression of individual staff members’ talent and expertise.

Management is headed by the Managing Director who is also the Chief Executive. The MD/CEO is supported by a Management Committee that is tooled to be an energizing platform for top management to analyze, synthesize and clarify tactical objectives, and directions and enforce the execution of approved plans.

The Management Committee reports to the Board, through the MD/CE. It is chaired by the MD/CE or the DMD as the case may be.

Directly supporting the MD/CEO in the planning, programming, execution, achievement, supervision, review, and reporting of goals and targets are two General Managers; General Manager, Corporate Services, and General Manager, Investment & Finance.

The General Manager, Corporate Services is responsible for everything administration, personnel, establishment, ethics, board and management services/support, and dissemination.

The General Manager, Investment & Finance is responsible for investment, finance, and consulting products design, documentation, preparation, delivery, maintenance, and qualifications functions.

The GMs have additional four tiers or hierarchies of Divisions and Departments ultimately providing minute corporate and consulting services, all ensuring the realization of the objectives of delivery values beyond the expectations of the clients.

The MC deliberates upon, Implements, and reports compliance to BOD policies, directions, processes, and actions that can enable the Company to achieve conformity to prevailing legal, industry regulatory, and moral requirements and sanctions of the larger society, through the MD/CEO

It deliberates upon, produces, and presents reports on policies, processes, assets, human capital, operational activities, finance, etc. of the Company to the BOD.

It manages the cohesiveness of the Company by designing, developing, and implementing team-building activities and initiatives that will make for the smooth and harmonious operation of the Company.

It provides oversight for the management of the Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), Security, and Communications Policies, Processes, and Systems for the Company.

The MC assists the MD/CEO in deliberating on and making decisions relating to the development of overall strategies, policies, and plans (with the approval of the Board) to set direction, maintain and sustain the culture and image of the Company.

It assists the MD/CEO in developing, compiling, reviewing, and approving annual plans and strategies and industry(ies) standards, regulations, processes, and practice reports for BOD approval.

It deliberates on and makes decisions on plans, budgets, and programs of the Company.
