Dr. Oluwatayo Solomon Fashogbon | Director

Dr. FASHOGBON, Oluwatayo Solomon is the Founder and CEO of Portal Realties Limited, a real estate development and investment company with estate developments in several major cities, including Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, and Abuja areas of the country.

In addition, Dr. Fashogbon is a member of the Board of Directors of several Companies in Nigeria. He is a business leader with a keenly insightful mind and effective decision-making capacity which has seen the growth of his many companies and several of his projects far beyond the average.

Oluwatayo (Tayo) is a graduate of the University of Ilorin where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Education. He also obtained a Master’s in Business Management from the Obafemi Awolowo, Ile Ife in 2015.

He is an alumnus of the Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School, Boston, United States. He has attended Real Estate and Marketing training both locally and internationally.

Tayo is an active member of the Real Estate Development Association of Nigeria (REDAN) and had served in different capacities with the association. He has over seven years of cognate experience, business leadership, and investment expertise in the Nigerian Real Estate industry.

He manages, as CEO, several companies, including Portal Realties Limited – a multi-billion Naira real estate company; Trip Star Limited; JTF Global Links Limited; and Bluestone Construction Company Limited – a full-fledge AEPC company that designs, engineers, procures, and constructs both housing and infrastructure projects in Nigeria.

Dr. Fashogbon is a seasoned chief executive, and an astute business and corporate leader, He holds directorship positions in several companies including Vetra Ventures Limited, and Landmark Corporate Realty Limited, among others.

Tayo is married with several children.
